Sova 1.6mm Mouth Guard for Clenching and Grinding Teeth at Night, Custom-Fit Sleep Night Guard Only

Once heated moulds easy enough to your teeth however when it dries/hardens, it is very hard with little to no flexibility. Had to remould it a couple times because it is thin and I bit through it but when heated it rejoins itself. I have veneers and a bit of a strong bite at night, afraid to use it as the pressure is not being absorbed and it is not evenly distributing my bite. If you have a light bite, or all original teeth :) , would probably work but doesn't suit my situation. Will likely visit the dentist to get a replacement for my prior one.

Maux de cervicales et maux de têtes disparus !! Je la brosse tous les jours avec du dentifrice et la brosse a dent. Je recommande !!!

l'ho modellato seguendo il video, importante è fare bene un risucchio all'interno della bocca e prende veramente la forma dei denti, sembra il bite che mi aveva fatto il dentista ma costa meno di 1/10, sono molto soddifatto.

I've used the Sova before, but it was the non-pre moulded. I went with the premoulded option this time because I was having trouble getting the other one correct. This is so much easier to mould as it always retains a basic nightguard shape. In terms of thickness, I feel like SOVA is definitely the least chunky one I've tried. I'm very picky and it took me a few nights to adjust, but pretty comfortable and the best I've found.
