Shower Drain Hair Catcher Bathtub Drain Cover Strainer Protector

These drain hair catchers have been a game-changer! The silicone material is durable and flexible, fitting perfectly in both flat and pop-up drains. The weighted design ensures they stay in place, even during vigorous showers. They effectively catch hair and debris without restricting water flow. Cleaning is a breeze - just remove the hair and rinse. But the real MVP? The included hair removal snake. That thing reaches deep down the drain, and the jigsaw-like edges grab onto all the hidden hair and gunk. It’s oddly satisfying to pull it all out - and so effective it’s almost addictive. Total game changer for any bathroom. If you have long hair or live with someone who does, this is a must-have!

Keeps Hair Out of the Drain Without Much Fuss I’ve tried a number of drain hair catchers over the years, and this one ended up being a pleasant surprise. The dome-shaped design works especially well for drains that stick up or have a pop-up style stopper where flat drain covers don’t sit properly. In my tub, it fit nicely over the drain and caught a surprising amount of hair before it could go down and cause problems. What I liked most was how easy it is to clean. Since it sits on top of the drain instead of inside it, you can simply lift it off and remove the trapped hair without having to dig into the drain itself. The silicone material feels flexible but durable, and the weighted center helps keep it in place during normal shower use. I also appreciated getting two in the pack—one for the shower and one for another bathroom or as a backup. Performance-wise, it did a solid job catching hair while still allowing water to drain reasonably well. It also seems useful for homes with pets since it can catch fur before it creates a clog. That said, there are a couple things to keep in mind. If you accidentally kick it or have particularly strong water flow, it can shift slightly, and depending on your drain setup and how much hair collects, drainage may slow a bit until it’s cleaned off. For the price, though, I think this is a very practical bathroom item that can save you from frequent drain cleanouts and the headache of clogged pipes. Bottom line: A simple, effective drain hair catcher that works well for pop-up and standard drains, is easy to clean, and offers good value—just expect occasional repositioning if it gets bumped.

It works, it catches hair before it goes down the drain, it's very effective. My biggest (and only) issue is the water that ends up pooling by the drain during the shower. It fits fine and sticks to the floor of the tub. Maybe it's the slope of our tub, maybe this isn't 100% on the product, whose to say! Overall, it does what it says; however, we need another product better suited for our tub.

Good quality. Serves its purpose in trapping hair on the bathtub.

This drain hair catcher does an ok job catching hair and helping keep the drain cleaner. It’s easy to place over the drain and the silicone material is flexible and simple to clean. Getting two in the pack is also a good value. The main issue is that it tends to slide away during showers, especially if it gets bumped or water pressure hits it a certain way. Because of that, it doesn’t always stay centered over the drain. Also, water starts collecting due to slow drain thru it so my son tends to move it to side defeating the whole purpose. Overall, it works okay, but it would be much better if it stayed in place more securely.

The strainer is a life saver! I let my hair grow long and thus the shower drain got all clogged up. Now with the strainer, the drain is staying clear.

I think it's one of the best kind out in market. Best part is cleaning and durability. While some of traditional hair catcher that goes inside drain this one goes on top so you let it dry after shower then hair comes off dry and clean. Purchased couple years back and we moved twice with it. Still works perfectly, willing to buy it again. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent option. Bought a two pack for a good value. We just lay this over the drain and prevents all the hair clumping. I like the fact that there are two of them because my kids don't replace them when need be. They remove easily and rinse fairly quickly. Having the backup, allows me to swap them out and have a replacement ready to go. While I clean the other one. Hopefully no more hair clogs.

it works well.

Ganz okay.

Yes I like this bathtub hair catcher. We moved to a condo and noticed our tub not draining well. We had to get someone in to unplug. I have noticed the catcher is working so I am sure this will save us money in the long run. Also it fits over the drain thing that pops up in the tub just push and it closes for bath water.

I just got these the other day and after I showered I seen it stopped a lot of hair from going down the drain.
