It’s huge but so versatile Very quiet and shortened cooking time more than I expected It took me a while to be sure how to use but that’s an age thing not the multi cook Excellent

Its syper easy to use, both pressure cooker and sous vide are great. I can make a nice beef stew in 25 minutes. And cook steaks abd chicken joints ready for finishing on the bbq. The keep warm fu tion is great for stews and casseroles. I have made a really nice thai green chickem curry ( Remember to add the coconut after pressure cooking). All round a great buy for me

As a child, my mother used to cook with a pressure cooker. It terrified everyone including my mother. The cost of a faster cook time and a small saving in electricity was the terror of frequent, violent, dangerous hisses of steam and the constant worry that it hadn't hissed for a while so it might be about to explode (and there were plenty of horror stories about ones that did). Thankfully technology has moved on and modern pressure cookers are computer controlled. They get to a set pressure (and its corresponding high temperature) and stay there. So no scary, constant venting and wasting of energy. The removable stainless steel cooking pot is surrounded by insulation so energy is preserved during cooking (the outside of the cooker never feels hot). Compare that to a boiling pot on the stove where most of the energy used to cook the food is wasted radiating out and venting to the atmosphere as steam. I use this to cook black beans with. Boiling them for an hour in a pan would cost so much more in energy. You can tell how efficient this cooker is because, apart from a bit of steam while it builds up pressure and some at the end when you vent the pressure, there is very little loss of heat. I think this will very quickly pay for itself in saved energy. There is even a bean program so you literally just need to switch it on and press the bean button. Designing your own programs is also easy provided you are capable of reading and understanding instructions. The instructions are well written. If you avoid reading instructions because its too boring then don't buy this. Its a pressure cooker and can be dangerous unless you follow the instructions and understand how it works and what the maintenance procedures are.

Looks great. I love the way you can put the lid on the top side. Been using this to pressure cook meat and also as rice cooker. Both working as expected and I am surprise on how quiet it was when cooking. The pressure release valve switch also handy to depressurised the cooker. I have not use other function as yet but it looks promising. However I do have concern about the sealing rubber(?) life span if using frequently. So far i would recommend this cooker.

Very similar in function and design as the Insta Pot so lots and lots of YouTube videos to learn from. Really well made, very easy to use, nice screen display. The stainless steel liner is good quality. Has a nice safety feature of having a steam release button a little bit away from the steam vent. It came with a spare sealing ring, a spare pop up pin, measuring cup, condensation catcher, and a trivet. Came with two manuals, one in English, one in Arabic. I found the English manual really easy to follow so I’m sure the Arabic one would be as well. The rice, chicken and custard I made, all turned out really well and with less hassle and shorter periods of time than cooking on the stove

One month of constant use I am impressed each day I use it. I wish I bought it years before. Life is way much easier since I am a person who doesn't like cooking. I boil eggs in less than 4 minutes, rice 12 , beef 25 minutes so fast and easy with a great test. In fact I bought an 8L for my family and they are very happy as well
