Tasty, bought to help with nutrition on general i like that its low carb, low sugar and has many vitamins. Figured I'm getting older and while I still like my honey nut cheerios for breakfast I likely need a little more nutrition with breakfast.

Good protein alternative. It tastes good. The ingredients do have some extra things but mostly helpful. The texture is chalky as expected from a protein shake.
