Is this essentially the same as feeding them canned pumpkin puree from the grocery store?

The ingredients are pumpkin and water. I buy canned organic pumpkin and freeze 1-tablespoon sized scoops to have on hand. I defrost in the microwave and mix into the regular food.

What the ingredients and analysis?

Ingredients: pumpkin, water for processing. Analysis: protein (min) 0.5%, fat (min) 0.05%, fiber (max) 3.5%, moisture (Max) 93%.

Is this squash or pumpkin? Very yellow not orange

This product is made with pumpkins. Please know we do not use dyes in any of our products so there can be a natural variation in the color. As for the pumpkin we typically see white, yellow and orange. The product can be any combination of those colors.

This was $11 in August. Why is it now $20?!?

Prices for almost all goods fluctuate based upon, supply (and supply chains) and demand. "Gouging" does occur but is often used as a rash and knee jerk explanation.
