Poor quality of item.
The item arrived in a cardboard box on opening there was no sign of any growth. The plant was very dry and the soil was dust dry. At the end of May I would have expected some sign of life not just a dry stick.

Bare root for sure
Well it's planted. One branch was snapped off during delivery. I'm hopeful still, but will update in three years or so as that is when it becomes established.

It never came up. Followed instructions but nothing.

So disappointed
It arrived with no signs of life at all just a bare root. I thought maybe if I planted it it would start to sprout so I put it in a suitable pot with good compost and left it for 2 weeks but it remained devoid of life . Sadly I put it in the garden waste. What a shame as its stunning in the picture. I guess I was unlucky and maybe the wrong time of year to be buying one.

Very disappointing. No information or instructions . Basically looked completely dried out and will be surprised if it actually grows .
