Neptune Caribbean Sea Sponge, Extra Large, Approx. 7-8 in, Exfoliating

I purchased this to use in my daily shower and I’m so happy I did! It’s a pretty good size, so I cut it in half. I’m a petite woman with small hands and truly it was big enough I could have cut it in thirds. I apply my shower gel to it and it makes a lovely lather. It’s soft yet does a great job of gently exfoliating my skin. I have very sensitive skin and it’s soft enough to not cause any irritation. I’ve been using it for several weeks and it’s still in great shape. I really like that because I was able to cut it, it was like getting 2 for the price of one! I will never go back to synthetic bath sponges.

Great sponge for shower and bath. Adding cleanser really lathers well and leaves skin in good condition. I only use this type of sponge. Natural is better.

A bath sponge is not just a luxury The rt one is practical- lasts longer than 3 puffs/ holds soap well/ is cleanable/ easily rinsed & quick to dry They feel wonderful A good one shd be dense The best are said to be from the Caribbean They shd be sustainably harvested & obviously are biodegradable The first 2 large 1’s were a great choice & fantastic Great price, too A 3rd was inferior & returning Not for bath use Wd fall apart per fissures & large ( natural ) holes (Sponges are variable -so a bath sponge shd selected specifically to be like the other 2 - ) Hope in future seller checks before packaging/mailing Consistency Wd make their sponges the best out there The 2 high quality ones I first received could have cost a dollar more & still be a bargain! If you buy & get a poor quality one, they will replace

I would not recommend this sponge. While it was a nice size, the first thing I noticed was how unbelievably rough it was. I got it wet, thinking that it would soften in water with a little soap. It did soften a little, but not very much. It fell apart literally in half while being used for the first time. It wasn’t that I overdid it while showering, as mentioned it was pretty rough.

Very soft on your face

I love the mild exfoliating effect of the dry sponge - esp. from the tiny fingers of sponge on the outer surface. The attachment surface has bigger pores and is voice for a good rinse of the face after washing. Don’t mind replacing them periodically - there’s no substitute for the gentlest and best when it comes to your complexion!

I have never tried using a sea sponge before but it is safe to say I am impressed. It lathers well and feels great on the skin. The size is also perfect. I look forward to using this product long term.

This is a great size but is very hard, I thought with use it would soften up but has not so just beware this is a hard sponge
