Was expecting better
Needed this for my tank. Had to wait for delivery around two weeks. When I unpacked it it an an American Plug on the transformer so will have to spend money buying an English one, plus the top part of the waterfall, the plastic dome was missing, so also looking for one of those to prevent water going all over the floor. Decided to return it as it’s not fit for purpose

False advertising this product was not new as described, and parts were broken
Very disappointed in this product, advertised as brand new and has blatantly been used, there was grot from whatever fluvial chi tank it had been in before. I feel like I've been lied to and ripped off as the l.e.d lights don't work underneath. Crap value for money and lieng sellers.

Faulty goods sent back ,wont refund money.
Sent back faulty goods,dispute with the seller ,saying not the one they sent out,wont refund the item.not very happy as it was expensive, They have kept the item but wont even replace,now having to use air tube for the fish .a lot of money for nothing . No stars

Not worth the money
2 of these have broke over just 2 years. Not my first or oy tank. But this one is not worth the money
