Absolutely wonderful. I get bad pain in my neck and head.due to arthritis This is the only thing that helps the pain in my head. Truely, I take tramadol and that doesn't touch the head pain, as soon as I use the bag I feel the pain going, its truly amazing. Best thing I have bought. Smells of lavender too, my favourite. Thankyou.

Does not retain heat for very long.
I found it very useful for a shoulder ache, as it wraps round, but did not retain heat for very long.
