EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I love this freeze sleeve! When removed from the freezer, it is nice and cold but not hard or frozen solid. You can slip it right in your leg, or other body part and it stays nice and cold for 20+ minutes. It fits securly, so you can walk around while wearing it. I'm going to buy another one. I highly recommend it!

Great product!
This product makings icing so much easier. I bought one for elbow/forearm and one for knee. The sizing guide worked perfect for me, I’m 6’ and 220 lbs. As other reviewers have stated, it only stays cold for 15-20 min but that’s all I need. I’m able to ice more often due to convenience of product, can walk around while icing.

Favorite ice pack!
My new favorite ice pack for my knee. Got very cold in the freezer quite fast and really forms to the knee nicely.

Good, could be better
Easier and more convenient than using ice and water, but does not stay freezing cold for anymore than 5-7 minutes when in use. Be aware of this if pursuing the typical 15 minute mark for cold therapy.

Perfect for knees!
So easy and convenient. Direct from freezer, slide right on like any knee sleeve. Soft, scuba-like material makes it really comfy. Easy to walk around while you ice. Lasts about 20 minutes, just enough time to chill.

Easy to use. Gone are the days of holding a bag of ice or a washcloth/towel with ice on your knee. You can be mobile wearing these. Highly recommend

Good function
I use this item regularly to help cover post work out. I deal with a bit of arthritis and often have sore joints after training. This item slides right over the area that I need and provides the benefit that I need. This is very cold when taking out of the freezing so I often let it sit a room temp for about 10-15 minutes before use.

Really wish it would stay colder than 10 mins
Love the fit and the idea, but just doesn’t stay cold long enough. Ice pack typically last 20-25…lucky to get 10 minutes with this sleeve.
