I am amazed at how great this CloudMassage works and feels on my legs and feet. I’ve been experiencing pain, swelling and discomfort in my legs for years. This is partly because I’ve sat in a wheelchair all day long for the past 30 years. I cannot stand or move my legs. My lack of mobility causes a lot of pain and swelling in my legs and feet. I am also diabetic and have signs of diabetic neuropathy, which causes pain and sleepless nights. I needed to increase my blood flow circulation and help in reducing the swelling in my legs and feet. I have gone to numerous doctors, homeopathic, holistic, physical therapist and other health professionals, in search of relief. I was told to move more, elevate my legs, get exercise and other things that I could not do because of my other health issues, pain level, limited time and funds. All of this has cost me a lot of time and money, yet I found no real solution, until now. I found my solution by doing my own research. As I researched, ways to alleviate the problems that I was having with my tired, painful, swollen legs and feet, I came across the concept of Shiatsu massage. As I learned more about Shiatsu massage, I found out that this is an ancient form of massage that is even older then acupuncture and actually works on the pathways that run throughout the body. Shiatsu sounded like something that could help me. But as I called around, I found out that going to someone for weekly Shiatsu massage was a costly endeavor, costing on average $89.00 per visit. Who has that kind of money to spend every week? I know that I don’t! Finally, when I came across the CloudMassage on Amazon I thought, this might be my solution. It could totally eliminate the need for a professional and could give me a much-needed deep massage in the comfort and convenience of my own home. Shiatsu actually means finger pressure. Now, I have my solution, it’s the CloudMassage. The CloudMassage’s therapeutic deep kneading, compression pressure and heating features felt as if I was being massaged. It felt like fingers were gently massaging my legs and feet. I love the fact that the CloudMassage makes the settings so easy to use. I was able to adjust the massage level and intensity to fit my needs. The CloudMassage machine is also very easy to position and adjust in several ways, by just moving the adjustable bar. My favorite feature has to be the heat settings, which will come in handy during the cold winters. I also love the fact that I can share the CloudMassage with other family members. My mom and I live together, so I asked her to try the massager. Her legs are painful and ache due to varicose veins and years of standing at her job. I swear that when she tried it and fail asleep that was a miracle because she’s high energy and never sits down even in her senior years. Mom says that it felt as if someone was massaging her legs and feet, which relaxed her body. I know that this is a very long review, but I feel that this CloudMassage is such an exceptional product that I just had to write my thoughts. I think that if you have pain in your legs or feet, swelling, poor circulation, diabetic neuropathy, or have tired legs or feet, due to standing, sitting or walking too long this CloudMassage may be the solution that you’ve been searching for.

*** UPDATE: Ordered another one and it works great! I actually used the box from the repurchase to return the defective one since the original box was damaged in shipping. *** I purchased this item as a gift for my husband and it was a qualifying Prime shipment so arrived quickly; but it arrived packaged with the original box inside of another larger box and the original interior box was damaged. I was hopeful the machine was ok because after my husband took it out of the packaging, it did not appear to have any physical damage or broken pieces to the exterior of machine. Unfortunately, once he tried operating it for the first time today, the Shiatsu rollers do not work. The machine starts roaring loudly when it switches the roll function (Shiatsu massage) and the rollers do not function whatsoever, just the obnoxiously loud roaring noise. I’m not sure if this is a factory defect or if it could be a result of the damage that was on the outside of the box… appeared to have been dropped or possibly hit by something. I am sure it is just a one off and not an indication of the products overall quality, but can’t rate the product with a high star/satisfactory rating when we did not receive a good quality product. Hopefully, once I return it to UPS, the will refund immediately and I can get him another one.

This is a great product overall, and I really enjoy using it. The foot and calf massager has a variety of settings, most of which feel wonderful and relaxing. The only one I don’t enjoy is the shiatsu setting — it’s a little too rough on my feet and can even leave them bruised. I’m not sure if that’s because my feet are completely flat or just the intensity of the setting. Another small drawback is that the shiatsu feature is difficult to turn off. Even though the option appears on the device itself, it only actually works through the remote, which is frustrating. That said, I still recommend this product because the other settings feel great and the massager as a whole is worth it. You won’t regret getting one if you’re looking for foot and calf relief. TL;DR: Great massager with plenty of enjoyable settings. Shiatsu mode is too rough and only disabled via remote, but still highly recommend.

exactly what I wanted. I have found most massagers, even at the lowest setting, to be too hard on my bare feet. I use this on the lowest setting and it is perfect, but it would easily be able to pack a lot more power at the three higher settings. The moveable handle makes it easy to use with lounging on a sofa instead of sitting straight up. Can also use on calves. More versatile than the other massagers I tried!

This machine is awesome! So much better than the Mountrax one that I tried first which was painful. The Cloud feels so much better on my feet and I love the extra sway mode feature so you get your whole foot. This thing feels so wonderful!!!

Tired old nurse here. I worked ICU for 25 years and never understood what people were talking about when they complained about their aching legs and feet. Especially since I worked barefoot - just socks and paper surgical booties. Three years ago I moved to a warmer climate and switched to the ER. They expected me to wear shoes. At first I thought my feet hurt because I was wearing the "wrong" shoes. So I bought more shoes than I've owned in my entire life. Sole insert frenzy followed. After a year of sore feet my calves started hurting also, so I added compression hose (it brought a tear to my eye since the reason I was barefoot to begin with was because of menopausal flames). I slept with my feet elevated. But the pain progressed. I began to have trouble sleeping because my feet and calves would cramp up and I found myself stretching and groaning for hours after going to bed. To the dog's dismay, it progressed to kicking. All other options failed, I broke down and embraced my medicine cabinet. When I purchased this massager I was using acetaminophen, ibuprofen, melatonin, diuretics, gabapentin, muscle relaxers, and the occasional narcotic just to sleep between shifts. When I bought this on Amazon my only expectation was for it to feel good while it was running. What I ended up with is something that has resolved 75% of my problem. I put it on the foot of my bed after hobbling home from a 13 hour shift and use it a full cycle on my feet, full cycle on my calves, and usually a repeat of the feet. The massage is pleasantly stronger than I would have thought possible and I can see why some find it to be too much. It's relaxing while it's running but honestly, a month in, I don't really notice it. I do it religiously as therapy after a working because I am then able to sleep soundly without any drugs. There is still discomfort when I get up, but it's not my whiney hobble. The pain reduction is also notable while at work. Why does this work so well for me? My opinion is that I am getting lactic acid build-up in my legs (lactic acid hurts). I go to bed as soon as I get home so the lactate stagnates there. The massager manually forces effective circulation and clears it out. That, or I have a Foot-Fairy Godmother. Enough about my tired dogs --- and the one I kicked across the room. The "cloud" massager is VERY HEAVY and UNWIELDY. Unfortunately, I thought that it had a sturdy handle and that's how I was moving it around. When one side of it started to loosen a week later, I contacted the seller to ask if there was a way for me to just pop it back in. It still worked fine, but required a little manipulation/extra care on my part each time I repositioned it. That was when they informed me that what I had been using to lug this beast around was NOT A HANDLE, which I would have known if I'd read the User Manual or viewed the Educational Video as instructed. It's only purpose is to tilt the massager to the angle most comfortable for you. And then they sent me a brand new one. WHAAAAT?!! Oh yes they did. Told me to discard the broken unit responsibly and to have a nice day. Fantastic company, great customer service, and a product that has honestly improved my quality of life. It just doesn't get any better than that.......unless it's the answer to world peace, I suppose that would be better......

Please read for all ppl. I deal with bad cramps in my calfs and ankles/feet. I will start with the pos.1st. Which would of gave it a 5 stars for those it applies to. (Skinny calf ppl) pressue is great ( not for whimpy ppl) and has all the great bells and whistles. Heat, rollers, side to side motion and vibrating. Everything I'm looking for in a messaging device. Specially at this price. I'm disabled and don't have this kind of money to throw around. That's why I'm very disappointed in this item. Which brings me to the neg and the reason I have to return this awesome product. Number one reason. It's TO SMALL OF AN OPENING. It is not designed for men! I have sexy calves that ppl pay money for. Wife's words not mine. Yet I can't fir them in this CALF MESSAGING DEVICE. Which doesn't make sense. That's what it's designed for!!!! That pic of the lady with the actual leg in it. Is totally miss leading. I am a very large person, but my legs are in excellent shape( mostly because of the weight they hold and how active I am for a large man. That lady has to be an anorexic. There is no way in hell that a knee or thigh can fir put in this. Endless you are a wafer and in that case. Please don't show miss leading pic of how an item is perfect for everyone. When you are a size -4. K!! Then ppl like me. Won't waste this companies time. Having to return the item. Thanks!!! The other issue is. Tall ppl. Your legs hang over and it hurts your feet/back of ankles. From hanging over and resting on the edge of the machine. They should have padding or a lower design on the front and back of it. If you are tuff and have small legs. OMG!!! Worth every penny. It was fantastic on the feet, but what a tease. It's my calves that are killing me and keeping me awake at nights. Men and fat legged ppl. Buyers beware. Plan on sending it back. For the company that makes this product. Be realistic about your product and the actual ppl that need it. The opening. NEEDS TO BE A INCH WIDER!!!! FACT!!! So if you are listenin. Design it maybe even wider so we could put knees and thighs I. It. Believe me. Your product. Would be a goldmine. The other thing you need to do. Is add a remote. It's hard to reach the buttons laying flat on a bed. Also your so called 360 degree arm/prop. Won't do a full 360. Faults advertising. The plug stops it from one of the positions. Poor design flaw.

I bought this Cloud Massager, and I was so impressed with how it worked, and how it helped with the pain in my feet and legs. It was by far the best investment for getting me back to enjoying little things in life. After having this massager for a few months, I noticed a sound it was making, so I contacted the manufacturer. I can honestly say that I have never had such amazing customer service in my life. I heard back from them within the hour, and that continued on with every message. They were always very pleasant and courteous. I loved their saying. We owe you our business, so you only deserve the best of our service. My issue has been rectified far beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend using this product and company.

Must to have. Relaxes while you sleep, work, watching tv. It relaxes and rejuvinates.

My husband and I use it everyday before bed, it makes us sleep more easily and comfortable after a whole day work.

Tiene control remoto para mayor facilidad de uso, solo lo conectas a la electricidad y a disfrutar! ***Actualización*** Después de tres semanas de uso empezó ha hacer un ruido extraño, era muy silenciosa. A la cuarta semana dejó de funcionar la parte que da masaje a la planta del pie. Es una lástima, la tuve que regresar :(
