Works great for my locker at the gym!

This did not work for us. It seems like a nice shelf unit, I like the knobs underneath for adjusting and locking, but actually installing it in the locker was impossible. I don't know if it's the locker, which it seems it could be... The sides of the locker bow out some so both rubber feet on the sides of the shelf don't make solid contact with the walls of the locker and it wouldn't hold any weight. So... We have it but can't use it. We'll give it another try in the fall with a new locker and see if we have better luck. I will update my review then. It seems like the kind I had 20 years ago was pushed down to snap/lock in place and that always worked well. This seems easier to install but was ineffective.

The shelf is durable and easily adjustable, only problem is it slips and falls. Our lockers at work are new but aren't completely flush on the sides, improvising may be needed. I used strong magnets under the shelf to add holding strength.

Didn’t work in the locker at all. Tried to install many ways but the shelf wouldn’t stay up. Would collapse as soon as something as pit on it. Maybe if the locker had large pegs to put the shelf on it would be ok but definitely didn’t work on it’s own Had to buy a completely different one.

the legs tend to close with a little weight (a pillow).

Works good in my work locker but don't put anything too heavy on them. Was missing a screw from one of my shelves and had to dig through my tool box to find a replacement.

They seem well made, but will not fit an exactly 8.5 inch space.

I bought two of these, one for each of my middle school kids. It didn't work for either of them. I would not hold up any books. It feel as soon as we put any books on it.
