Good quality, and looks great. I really like how it feels in your hand—it’s compact and well designed.The only thing I’m not sure about is the lid. It opens and closes with a button, so I’m not sure how easy it will be to clean.As for keeping drinks hot, it does a great job. I left hot water in it for three days, and it was still hot after three days. I compared it with several other thermoses I have at home, and this is definitely one of the better ones.

Very good thermos - highly recommend. It defeinitely keeps things hotter than any other thermos I've had, and the easy click to open and close the pour spout is a good strong feature.

Just what I need to carry my hot Chai tea. It Lasts through my long train ride and still hot at lunch time. I wish the drinking cup was abit bigger so I don’t have to refill the cup so many times ( not a deal breaker though) the design is beautiful and no leaks at all. Easy to carry. It’s a keeper and highly recommended compared to all the other brands.

See bottom -This product is the top of the line for Zojirushi's US lineup and most brands of this caliber in heat retention.At a start temp of 203F, it will be still a piping hot 180F 6 hours later, besting the next best SF-CC15/20 by 2F.It can also handle sports drinks, albeit you should never allow salty things in for long.The cup lid is plastic, but it's a good thing, aside from health concerns, since heat conducts through plastic less easily, making drinks left in the lid hot for longer.Body of the water bottle is durable, dropped it from 5ft by accident on the bottom rim and only a really small dent.I would buy this for as a lifetime product.There is a large caveat though, if you pour out the contents quickly, water can get into the opening mechanism that leads into the cavity between the lid and seal, causing leaks while pouring.DO NOT POUR QUICKLY.

I bought this thermos after searching for the right thermos for hot tea that I send to school with my son during the winter months.I tried Yeti’s and Stanley’s and everything in between and I am SO glad I found this thermos.It’s day one, no leaks, zero issues and my son just got home from school and the tea is STILL hot! I am wildly impressed as i definitely did not expect that after 8 hours he would still have a hot beverage.Definitely a must buy if you’re trying to get a product to keep coffee, tea, soups etc hot.I will say I preheated the thermos with boiling water as I was then making his tea and honey mix - not sure that helped or needs to be done, but can’t hurt!

You get what you pay for and this is a high quality product. For how well it works keeping liquids hot and cold all day and how cute it is I’d say it was a good value. The capacity is nice as I like to bring this to work and can drink from it all day. It’s easy to use and the lock feature works nicely. There were no strange smells. This is a top notch brand and they make very nice products

There is something seriously wrong with this item. When the thermos started staining I soaked it in dawn power wash for about an hour. Afterwards, when I pored out the water it was tinted brown and a lot of penny sized black flakes came out of it as well. It was disgusting looking. Under closer inspection I believe there was a lining and it had peeled off. I don’t think that’s normal. Not sure if I had received a defective product or not. I think one other person complained about that as well. I used the item for a few months before discovering the problem. I stopped using it since then, unsure if traces of particles may still be in there. I don’t know what the coating is made of and am scared it might be dangerous if too much is consumed. Would have returned it but it was too late. I tried uploading a picture but it’s tough to see the inside.I typically love Zojirushi items and this is the first time I’ve had a problem with one. In the past, I always found they produced reliable, high quality products. I don’t know what’s wrong with this one.As far as the other features:1. It did keep my drinks hot for the time period stated. 2. Didn’t leak (but you need manually push the bumped up rubber thing down a little harder to seal it well. 3. Seemed reasonably thick and sturdy.Not sure if it’s worth spending the money to see if this is going happen to you as well since it may occur after the return period.

I have several top of the line thermoses from Stanley, Klean Kanteen, and thermos, and nothing even remotely compares to Zojerushi.This is the first Zojerushi product I bought from amazon (not from their web site). It is authentic product, just better priced. You can easily tell it by how long it retains heat and how light it is despite the size (1/3 the wight of comparable 1L Stanley).They probably redesigned the valve, because many negative concerns and reviewes about leaks and splattering during pouring - I simply cant see it. There is a lip in the nozzle that allows to smoothly pour the beverage, and the thermos is vented through a separate opening that prevents splattering. It also never leaked. It snaps very tightly when properly closed (have to push on the side, not on the top), and it has several silicone gaskets all around the moving parts.

OMG I'm in love. This keeps my French press hot for over 24 hours. Now I can be a proper coffee fiend

I have tried many thermos to store my baby’s boiled water but none lasted for a long time except for this one. Highly recommended 👍🏻
