Excellent car wash, one of the best I've ever worked for

Had very high hopes for this product only to be absolutely let down. When, or better if, you can get the garden hose to start my connected it works.....for a few minutes then will pop off. I've only used this thing twice, first time used to wash our RV the second time a week later to was my car and with in 2 minutes the quick disconnect hose popped off. Now the hose won't stay on at all, the disconnect has three barbs, they are there and when there's now water entering the machine the hose can't be pulled off but the second the slight bit of water is sent through the garden hose POP off comes the hose. $400 machine is a huge paper weight at this point and absolutely useless. I get stronger water pressure from my hose than I can this thing. Absolutely horrible design. Will be returning for a full refund.

Basic household pressure washer. Great for all the cleaning tasks around the house. Easy to use.

For full disclosure I returned one of the two that I bought. I only kept one because of the tech that helped me. My issues are that the cleaning power is not as strong as advertised and the hose quick-connect sucks, it leaks and blows the hose off. More like a quick-disconnect. In fairness, that could be why it's not as strong. Its almost as if water is important to be able to use it. Weird, I know. Today, after having this for a few months, my one brain cell finally had the bright idea of upgrading the quick connect to a metal one and installing with plumbers tape, so it both sealed and didn't tear up the threads. It made a huge improvement. Why it took me this long for me to come up with this rather simple idea, I blame hitting my head one too many times. Im short, two things: one, dont pay the $399 retail price, it's not worth it. Half that and its not bad. Two, upgrade the quick connect. Good luck and may the water force be with you.

Everything I have ever had from Karcher is made with quality and this is no difference, I had other makes and more powerful but this cleans a lot more than they did.. would recommend…

Excellent machine made from very solid plastic that will not rust.Also these karchers are made in Europe so they are better quality when compared to the north american pressure washers.Sometimes plastic is not a bad thing especially when you have to move it around .People give bad reviews without even trying out the actual machine.A review is not only on your first impression when opening the box but also later when you actually are using the machine.

Solo el unico detalle ponen que el producto es hecho en Italia pero es hecho en Chino, aun asi un producto muy bueno lo que ofrece este producto de su buena calidad, lo recomiendo pinches chinitos se la rifan.

Failed to start using multiple plug locations, kept throwing the built in breaker. Immediately back in the box and returned to Amazon. Complete waste of time.
