Great for Nighttime Pain
A former boss told me about Goody's and I've been using the brand since the day she mentioned it. The headache formula works so quickly and it's one of the only things I can reliably take if I feel a migraine coming on and know that it will help. It doesn't always eliminate the migraine pain, but it makes them manageable.When I saw the nighttime formula, I was super excited. No, these do not taste good, but I don't expect them to. I take it with plain water and the taste doesn't last too long, so I'm fine. The thing I love most about this specific box is that it makes it so easy to travel with these. I can pop one of these packets into a purse or suitcase and I've got what I need to last me through the trip usually.

I really need a deep sleep, and I got it.
I read many many reviews and they all seem accurate. In my case, I've had trouble sleeping for a long time. And yes the powder doesn't taste good. I don't know why the company can't add some flavoring to make it go down better. That said, I slept like a baby last night and although had to get up a couple times to go to the bathroom, I just slid under the covers and that's all she wrote. Great stuff! No headache either.
