Very sturdy
Replaced the flimsy plastic one on my boat trailer with this one. Wow. So much better. High quality screws. All the hardware you need. Great value. Looks great. Functions so much better. Definitely an upgrade.

Not Flimsy....
Seems sturdy. Haven't installed it on my boat trailer but the bolt holes line up perfect with the bolts on the back of the lights.

This thing is much more sturdy than expected!
I was very surprised on how solid this is. With the wind pushing it I expected flex, but there isn't any. VERY VERY nice. I liked the hardware that comes with it, but unfortunately mine was missing the nuts, so I had to use my own. Other than that very pleased with the hardware that comes with it.
