We got the Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) glasses for our son’s 13th birthday, and honestly, we might be the best and coolest parents on the block right now. These things are a total game changer. He puts them on and instantly feels like a tech-savvy spy from the future. Taking hands-free photos and videos of his friends, listening to music while skating, and even getting directions without pulling out his phone. The style looks just like classic Ray-Bans, so they don’t scream “smart glasses” . They just look sharp. The camera quality is surprisingly good for quick snaps and clips, the audio is crystal clear for calls and Spotify, and the battery lasts through an entire day of adventures. He’s already used them to record his basketball highlights, chat with grandma, and show off to his friends (who are now begging their parents for a pair too). Setup was super easy, and the Meta app connects seamlessly. No complaints at all! These glasses made our kid’s birthday unforgettable and turned us into the coolest parents in the neighborhood overnight. Lens clarity is excellent and the fit is comfortable for long wear. I was able to get my prescription added easily, and the prescription lenses match the original quality and look. I purchased these Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses for their prescription compatibility, and they worked perfectly when I first received them camera and all features were excellent. Since I rely on prescription lenses, I stored the glasses in their case and didn’t use them for almost a month, awaiting my new prescription glasses to arrive. As someone who’s worn prescription glasses for over 30 years, I know exactly how to handle frames and take great care to avoid any damage. But when I finally went to use the Meta glasses with my new prescription lenses, the hinge frame came apart instantly just from gently taking them out of their case. The attached photo makes it obvious: there’s no glue or adhesive visible at the break point—this is clearly a manufacturing defect. This isn’t an isolated case, after searching online, I found many other owners reporting the same issue, often right after switching lenses or minimal use. What’s worse, once the hinge failed, the camera stopped working entirely (“Camera unavailable, try again later”). I’ve barely used them, yet the core features are now dead on a very expensive product. For the price paid, these should be much more durable and reliable. I expected superior quality but found the worst construction I’ve ever seen in decades of wearing frames. I would not recommend these Meta Ray-Bans to anyone looking for longevity or reliability, especially those needing prescription lenses.

I will say, not bad! The camera quality on these is amazing! as far as using the actual glasses itself, it has mostly pros but one con PROS: The meta assistant does its job for sure!! I mostly needed these due to studying for my CCMA stuff and mostly lifestyle changes and even shopping at times. LOVE THEM!! I went to Walmart to get crochet stuff and it helped me keep track of what I’m spending without taking my phone out.i will also say since I’m new to these glasses I actually thought that these glasses was a display(which are the meta rays with a screen). But I’m actually kinda glad they’re not since i feel like as a first time buyer for these, this is a great start!! Since I just got them yesterday there’s many more things I haven’t did yet with these but so far it does its job!! CONS: now this reason is why I’m giving four stars unfortunately.. so I do notice I’ve had some issues when it comes to charging. Idk if it’s maybe the charger I’m using but when I would charge my glasses, the glasses would charge but the case wouldn’t.. so I may have to invest in a different type of charger for my glasses which sucks really bad bc that means for now I can’t charge on the go, but it’s not too much of a big deal if anything I’ll probably need a more powerful charger but then again if we’re able to use any USB-C, then the case should be charging in my opinion. I also wish the glasses came with a charger as well. I had no idea that they didn’t come with one.. hopefully when meta makes more of these they come with chargers atleast. BUT other than that, AMAZINGGGG product definitely would recommend!! And if you do get these just make sure u buy your own charger beforehand!!

Perfect at the beginning,has the smart camera that is fast to capture at really time.Has waoh baffle you can enjoy the nice production in voice,saying that it's perfect out put audio.It came with a solid case that serve as power back,but nornally it charge fast if discharged.It has nice communication while receiving call,at the beginning but actually i am running issues with call,the personne who call me can't ear what i am saying.I still love the ray ban.It has best glasses that don't have negative effet to eyes and the glasses are strong even fall down you are secured.

No funciono el producto Ray Ban IA , no tenia buena recepción de señal ni de carga, el vendedor no contesta para la devolución, así que no es un buen producto para comprar, al menos con este vendedor es arriesgado el costo del producto alrededor de 8 mil pesos, considero que en cierta forma es un fraude.

I absolutely love these glasses and everything they can do. But unfortunately, I received the wrong color and the wrong lenses. It turns out there was a mistake in the barcode. I really wish I had received the correct ones because I genuinely like them. That being said, I can still highly recommend these glasses to anyone. They make content creation so much easier, and the picture quality is amazing. In the UAE, they cover all the basics— you can take videos, capture photos, and even answer calls. And the sound inside the glasses? Absolutely incredible. I was genuinely surprised by how good it is.
