Overall I can divide the review in multiple parts Comfort and overall - Its a comfortable chair, which is quite feature rich. the seat is contoured a bit for comfortable long hours seating. Backrest is contoured, which supports your back quite well, and the height adjustable lumbar which isnt very stiff adds to the comfort. One wish here is the depth adjustment of the lumbar, which is missing in this chair. Additionally the lockable at any angle back works very well. I keep it adjusted slightly more than default angle, which enhance the comfort. Aesthetics - The chair looks nice, except the white hand rest plastic, which looks a bit odd. the plastic is only of satisfactory quality, having some molding lines and remains. I feel the color of the plastic could have been Grey to match the seat or the handrest could be of white color to match the handles. Product Assembly - Its a semi assembled chair. assembling it is very easy, if you get stuck anywhere you can expect a proactive help call from DaUrban to guide you through assembly. I received the call thrice, as i took my own sweet time to unbox. however i didnt needed help only 3 screws need to tighten, rest all is just putting pieces together. Product Support - Again very good, my backrest lumbar was broken, which got replaced by Da Urban very promptly, so i can safely assume if any issue happens during the 3 year warranty I am covered. Overall its a good chair with adequate back support.

Cheap finish and low quality materials used. Wheels are chrome plated plastic which looks awkward. No sturdy feel and look wise non appealing . Overall not worth the price

If someone asks me which chair company is good, I have only one answer — the DAA Urban Chairs. The comfort is absolutely next level, the build quality is next level, the adjustments are next level, and the best part is their customer care support. I have never received such good customer care support from any other brand till now. My only advice is: if you want to buy a chair, the DAA Urban brand is extremely good.

I’ve been using the Da URBAN Spectrum Pro chair for my daily work setup and it’s been a genuinely solid experience overall. The chair is very well thought out from an ergonomic point of view. After lot of comparison, I narrowed my search down to this particular model due to certain reasons - * I wanted multi-angle lock when seated so I can recline and lock the chair at any angle or at least at 2 angles * Did not want to buy the standard black office chair, wanted something that would blend in and look good with the decor of the room/house * Good customer support (DA Urban had lot of reviews raving about their good customer support) Most office chairs provided the standard features like ergonomic seating, lumbar support, headrest, adjustable handrest etc so I did not focus on those things specifically. Now coming to the good and the bad Pros - * Feature rich (Adjustable handrest, multiangle recline lock, Gel seat) * Good design, color Cons - * Not really ergonomic From the very first time I sat on the chair I felt the lack of an ergonomic seating position. The seat is so long (I've attached a picture of it with my palm for size comparison) and the back is so far back that only a person 6 foot and above would actually be able to place his back on the backrest comfortably. For the others, I would recommend skipping this chair Lumbar support is severely lacking, even though it says it's adjustable, the back support is very very less, it can only move up and down, but you can't increase/decrease the amount of support it provides, I need to buy a cushion now because of this. I've also attached a picture that shows how less back support this provides, It's very thin and very far back from the front of the seat * Gel seat - Hot ! I don't know how people are claiming that the Gel seat actually has a cooling effect. Whether car, bike or normal chair seats, Gel has the property of improper air circulation and getting hot and sweaty and that's exactly how this is ! If I didn't have air conditioning, this seat would get uncomfortably hot and sweaty * Fit and Finish Fit and finish, not really a big point for me since I knew what I was getting when buying this chair under budget, but the plastics are not finished well, look cheap, the wheels look cheap and overall only if you look closely would you notice that quality of finish is severely lacking * Height I don't know how any of the reviews didn't mention this, but this chair is quite high in height. Even at the lowest setting, my feet just barely touch the floor, making this another seriously uncomfortable aspect of this chair. The implication of this is that most of the weight of my legs now rest on my thighs and over time, this is causing me mild cramps and of course sweating. Another point to keep in mind if you are sub 6ft in length. Hope this review helps someone decide whether or not to buy this chair. Can't comment on the customer support as I didn't have any technical problems that warranted contacting customer support. Will update my review if it does.

This chair is quite good. The height is good, suitable for 6' above tall person. most lovable feature of this chair is the gel seat cusion, which never gets soggy. Overall you can say its a comforable, durable and strong ergonomic chair except the handle which can be slightly improved by company. You will never get any back or neck pain, no matter how long you sit on this chair.
