Well Built Tool At A Fair Price
I dropped a lens and in order to repair it the front element had to be removed. I learned that the two tiny holes 180 degrees apart on the front of the lens mounting ring, required a lens spanner wrench. I ordered this kit, and in 45 minutes I had fixed my lens. The tool is all metal, and comes with three pairs of tips to engage the lens. The tool is held together with 6 thumbscrews, four for the sliding bars and two for the tips. In the event that more turning force is required, they include 4 Allen head screws and the Allen wrenches. That's a nice touch. Needless to say I'm pretty happy with the tools and the luck I had fixing my lens. Now, I'm going to tell my wife that with the $350 I saved by fixing it myself I'm going to spend that on another camera accessory!

High Quality Lens Tool
I wasn't expecting a lot from this QWork tool for the small price, but it is superb. Don't let the price fool you. It is solid, heavy duty stainless steel, and very well machined and designed. The exchangeable multi tips also make it very versatile for use on any type of lens retaining ring. Even the tips are precision-made, hardened steel. I used this to rescue two Pentax lenses that had internal fungus, and was amazed that it was so solid and sturdy that I was able to unlock the factory-cemented retaining rings without using any solvent to dissolve the locking glue. This little $15 tool saved two $600 lenses. A best buy.

Works Really Well
I needed this to work on various telescope adapters that have index marks on each side of a ring and it works fantastic for that purpose. It's adjustable width lets me adapt the tool to whatever diameter I need. The adapters often get stuck from compression and this tool easily removes them.

Gets the job done, but kinda "fumbly" to setup! Beetter than my old ones!

Value priced, meets or exceeds description, works as advertised and is a value.
I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR
