Simply use tap water and everything will work fine. This steamer gets super hot so watch how close you put it to your head. I use it for my clients when their at the shampoo bowl.

It works great! I use it during facial treatments at my spa. It’s great for professional use. Puts out a good amount of steam. I love that it does not make beeping noises when turning on or off. I also love that I can add water through the top and not have to take the water canister off to do it. It is also reasonably priced.

I am very pleased with the quality of this product. I truly enjoy being able to recreate a spa like experience in the comfort of my own home. This product was easy to assemble, the only issue was the “L” shape screw wasn’t long enough. However, I went to my local hardware store and was able to purchase a longer one to accommodate the machine. Other than that I am one happy individual and would highly recommend. As a matter of fact, I intend to purchase another one for my daughter for Xmas 🤫🤫🤫

The media could not be loaded. This facial steamer is very bad. Set it to 15 but it only stops after 6 minutes. If you keep it on, it only works for 56 seconds and then turns off. I replaced it with another one and it's the same. So I returned it.

I like the powers it pulls out in the steam. My clients love it, and can feel it..but I don't like how the water holds in there, and you can't clean the water reserve. Even when running longer. It shuts off. The water gets low. But not completely gone

This item works really well. It feels very sturdy and has a really good flow of steam. I would definitely recommend this.
