intensity and resistance
I just received my new minibands from Amazon today and couldn’t resist trying them out. I’ve already done a workout with them, and I have to say I’m impressed! These minibands are super durable and really take the workout to the next level by adding intensity and resistance. I absolutely loved using them for my leg workout today, and I can’t wait to train upper body with them as well. The material feels very strong and reliable, and overall, I can already tell they’re going to be a game changer in my routine. Highly recommend them!

Good product
I'm using these for physio therapy routine in my work out. Haven't had them long, but they do what I need them to do which is give some resistance as I work on a shoulder injury. So far I've only used the least resistance. I don't think they'll lose their resistance or elasticity anytime soon.
