We ordered both the mama and papa mug and the papa one came chipped. Was super disappointed because it was part of a gift.

You will not be disappointed with this bear mug. My grandson calls my twin sister's hubby, Papa Bear and for a gift, this was perfect. The quality for a coffee mug is great and it's a perfect size for his morning coffee! I'm so glad we found him something that is so personal for an 80 year old guy!
