I got this for my Grandson for 2024 Christmas. I did a whole Outerspace Theme for him. I looked at ALL of this type of Spaceman galaxy type lights. Now I am VERY critical and demanding of quality on products. I do my research and ALWAYS read the negative comments 1st. So I decided on this one after much pondering. I was beyond pleased with this choice !!! It was very bright as has been said by others. "I guess some must be dimmer." The "GALAXY" part of the effect is great. Alot of color combos to pick from with good movement. The green star effect can be set to pulsate which I liked. And the ROVER is solid and well detailed. As is the Astronaut. The only slight criticism I could give is...I wish the stars could change colors-at least to white. Green seems kinda odd. And as in ALL of the choices out there, the star pattern is VERY mechanical looking. They have a definite squarish grid pattern to them. And I wish they could rotate as well to give some sort of change to them. But the stars are from the laser and just project through a fixed grid point. I would LOVE to find one of these types of lights, that had better star patterns-more random as in real life. And/or had movement of some sort. BUT, as I said, they ALL seem to have the same star pattern and are probably made by the same base producer. The galaxy could have a bit more movement across the sky. It basically just rotates through a modeled/faceted lense. But the overall achieved effect is GREAT. So to close, I think I will get another Astronaut light that has the Northern Lights effects and use them in concert to give an ever better effect. For MY Man Cave that is. I spoiled that kid enough already! Lastly...BUY THIS ONE! Unless you get a dud, You will be glad you did. Even just sitting there, its cool. Hope this helps to seal the deal for you.

I turned this on to check it and found myself staring at the ceiling for quite some time. My 10yo grandson is going to love this. It has a timer so it's not on all night ...but even if it was on all night, it's not an invasive light that might wake someone up. Super cool!

The media could not be loaded. It’s bright enough to see the room it’s in but not bright enough to keep you awake. It’s very soothing to watch and does a great job helping me, an adult, fall asleep when previously having insomnia. I haven’t figured out the remote yet other than power on and power off. Haven’t needed to. I simply plug it in and just leave it there. When you assemble it be sure to push wheels all the way on or they will come off.

A fun a quality item for any age. I only wish the stars weren’t green. My family enjoyed it while staying at home for the holidays.

I got this for both of my younger grandsons. The love it. They don't go to bed at night until these are turned on. I used one for a couple of day's in my room. It was really neat.

Works really well,makes a great gift,would order again! Yes great value for the money!

My daughter is very happy with this astronaut. The projection is really good. Feels like if you are in the space😅. She love it.
