Q: Is there a way to stop the flashing green light?

It probably needs new batteries, as they do seem to use a lot

Q: How frequently can it spray?

You alter how many times it sprays on the reverse using the button that slides from side to side. If you look closely (it's almost impossible to see).From left to right it reads OFF 9 18 36 which I think is sprays per hour

Q: Can you please give me the exact dimentions of the dispenser? I am making a vitrine for it for an art project and need to know the measurments.
