I bought this stand for studio use, it’s not as well made as some higher end stands the fixings are made cheaper and quite obvious compared side by side to a better stand but overall good value

Value for money and some!
A few years back I stocked the studio with some cheap c-stands. They we okay but missing some important engineering elements. I had to use an angle grinder to stop any slip if there was anything heavier than a umbrella and a Godox AD 200 mounted. These Pixapro versions are a step up, literal and figuratively. The engineering is more thorough, the connections are more sure and nothing ‘slips’. This is the c-stand I wish I had purchased 5 years ago but it didn’t exist. It does now so I can highly recommend it. I can mount a Bowens XMT500 with a 90cm octabox at a right angle on the boom over my head and it doesn’t move a millimetre!

Fantastic quality and value C stand
Fantastic quality C stand.Stable and well built (like a tank), but all adjustments handles and fittings are well built and precise. So far no criticisms or problems found. Very good value for money compared to other c stands.

Great Stand - ideal for DLSR Overhead
We bought this to hold a DSLR (GH5) for over the desk shots, it is very sturdy and does a really good job, recommended!!

Pixapro C-Stand
Boom arm set provides a stable platform for studio lights. Stand is quite heavy but is well constructed and great value for money
