Great sups brand
I love the affordability of the products. Not overpriced like most sups now. Tasteless, suppress hunger, if your looking for a gda made of quality ingredients from berberine hcl and not the root, purity and perfect dosing. I love this and the Ashwagandha.

Seems to work
Been using this for about 6 months and can tell my BP numbers are down somewhat, haven't seen any other positives, but idk if that is because I need to take it longer.

Would you like diarrhea? If yes, take this!!
0 Stars. It made me feel like I had intestinal parasites, caused gas and loose, uncontrollable mushy diarrhea. I couldn’t figure out what was causing it as I take other supplements. I stopped them all and just took this and this was the issue. I’ve taking Berberine in the past and never had an issue at 1500mg (red label), it worked well. I even split one of these capsules into 1/3rd dose (roughly 833mg) to see if less of it would still cause an issue. The answer…yes…mushy oozing diarrhea. Don’t do it.
