Buyer beware!
Item failed after a few weeks and no refund or replacement was offered by Scarletts Parrot Essentials.We purchased this to replace an identical bulb that lasted over 8 months from a different seller.This item failed after 1 month and no refund or replacement was offered.Given previous experience the item provided was clearly sub-standard or defective. My advice would be to buy from a proper retailer that actually have an approach to customer service than take a risk with small timers like Scarletts Parrot Essentials who are happy to profit from faulty products.
