Almost instantly makes me feel drowsy; I sleep forever and just want to keep sleeping. I wake up refreshed and a little groggy, but I like that feeling. I took two at first (as recommended); the next night I tried just one; then, the next night, just a half; I felt all three doses were similarly effective, so just going to take half a gummy. They have a nice, sweet taste.

These taste great and work well. I only take one when I cant sleep and then I dont even remember falling asleep and dont wake up at all. Then when my alarm goes off I am awake and not groggy and still sleepy from them. But I do only take one and the dose is for two. Recommend starting with just the one it seems to be enough.

worked okay, if i take two i sleep for maybe 2-4 hours before waking up again. better than not falling asleep at all though. the taste is great, and i appreciate that the jar's opening is wide and that they don't stick together so they're easy to get out.

I started taking two as recommended, but went down to one. Does a great job of knocking me out and keeping me asleep—-but takes longer to wake up, but I am grateful for a ACTUAL full night’s rest. No grogginess the next day.

I normally take lullabites but they arent working as well after taking them a year and a half. I wanted to try these to see if they could help me reset.. these work pretty good. I take two, they take about 30m to kick in and im out without realizing it. I do seem to have vivid dreams with these. Im not as deep in sleep as with lullabites and woke up a few times but was able to get right back to sleep. The taste is a bit strong. Not bad just strong at first. Not a huge fan of the aftertaste. Kinda have a tartness to them.

i love these gummies. They knock me out so fast and i don’t even have to take the full dosage. Best sleep ever whenever i take these and they work fast!

I don’t know if it works or not. Honestly, I think taking one works better than eating two
