How come quantities 33+ & 37+ have higher price per unit than to 25+ in the quantity discount scale?

At the time of this question, there were only 32 of these in stock with the supplier providing the quantity discount, so item 33 and above would default to the next available supplier with inventory and be subject to their pricing.
