For the price I got it for I have not one complaint. It did what it needed to do and I was happy with all it came with. The quality of the banner was better than expected and could definitely be passed along and reused again. I used it for my sons DIY photo shoot and it came out amazing. I used a hand pump and blew up the balloons, including the numeric one and they lasted. I recommend this package especially for DIYs.

The Beary 1st Birthday Decorations were great for my son’s first birthday. All items included are as described. I do, however, suggest purchasing additional balloons to supplement this package - but other than that, this is a decent product for what you pay for.
