Not to expect results immediately
I have been doing chemical peels for a couple years now and love them. I’ve always had acne prone skin, and because of doing peels, I don’t break out anymore. I highly recommend it for people with stubborn skin but DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! I see reviews saying that the peel didn’t make their skin peel or didn’t get any results after 1 or 2 uses (eye roll)... Not every peel will make your skin peel. You WILL still get results even if you don’t peel.. You will NOT get results after just 1-2 uses. It can take up to 4-5 uses before seeing much of a difference. and you shouldn’t do peels less then 2 weeks apart, from the last time you did one. It’s a process but the end result is worth it and it is worth that long wait! Don’t give up on using it for not seeing the results you want right away.

Did not work for me
I was recommended salicylic acid by a dermatologist for keratosis pilaris on my arms. The solution is hard to apply, given the pump nozzle spritzes everywhere and leaks. The instructions recommend starting with 3 minutes but I left it on for the longest recommended time which was 10 minutes. It did not sting, and dried very quickly. Stinks to high heaven but it’s a chemical so I expected that. After applying I sprayed my hands with the neutralizer and washed them as the bottle had leaked all over. Then I completed the process on my arms. It hardly frosted, and now nearly a week later I have no change to my skin, except where it leaked onto my hands. They are rough and peeling. I suppose they could use the rejuvenation but not what I bought the bottle for, it’s proof that it works though even though that’s not where I wanted it. I’m going to reorder but this time exfoliate for a week or so before to help the solution penetrate my skin. If you do buy, I’d leave it on for much longer than it recommends (maybe 20 minutes?), and definitely wear gloves. Hopefully you have better luck than me! After hearing of my troubles, the company immediately reached out with a full refund and asked for more details so they could better their product and customer experience. While my first attempt didn’t work well for me, I greatly appreciate a company trying to make it right!

Potent
I have been using various at home peels for years so I have had plenty of peeling experience. I switched from a 20% SA peel from a different brand to this peel, which was the only 30% peel I could find and holy moly it’s some strong stuff. I’m guessing the 20% peel from the other brand wasn’t as good quality as this brand because I wouldn’t think there would be such a jump from 20 to 30 percent. So 5 stars for probably melting my face off if I left it on for longer than like 30 seconds.

Not disappointed..
I used to get monthly treatments at my dermatologist office. This was before I was laid-off..when I actually had money to spend. Well, I needed something I could use on my own that was fairly easy and relatively inexpensive. I bought the entire product line..as long as you can follow directions- you will do just fine. I read many reviews before purchasing..I cannot speak to the validaty of each customer's claims..but I am glad I decided to go for it. My skin peeled as expected..and it was nothing excessive. It is your choice..buy or not..but for me personally- I would do it all again.

Not salicylic acid.
I'm a licensed esthetician and this has no salicylic properties. No burn, no scent, I'm allergic to salicylic acid and I had no reaction. SA frosts, this just leaves a dusty white residue to give the illusion of frosting. SA leaves no residue. I want my money back

removes dead skin
Speaking as a manly man, who works outside, sweats, gets dirt in his pores, and develops calluses, etc.; having bright & vibrant clear skin doesn't just happen automatically. What works for me is diluting some (concentrated, 30%) Medpeel salicylic acid (and olive-oil and baking-soda) into my body-wash. Scrub away with exfoliating gloves. Then you will need to wipe down the shower-floor, because you will have removed a surprising amount of dead skin. It's a little non-traditional; this diluted method is far below the concentrations that would produce a bone fide PEEL, but, at least in this non-traditional application, Medpeel salicylic acid works wonders.

Strong but watery
I’m not the biggest fan of the consistency simply because it’s not what I’m used to, however, it does the job and is noticeably stronger than 20 percent. My preference is another brand that’s a lot thicker because u have way more control. This manipulated like water. 4-5 stars for its peeling ability and 1 for texture overall 3.
