A good product that appears to have proper efficacy, based on performance response. The tablets are well pressed, uniform, do not dust or break, and can be fairly easily split if you (like me) want a 50mg dose. Haves purchased twice and will buy again, if the price remains consistent-- which is as of this date is fair. Well recommended

Would rate a zero if possible. After using this product for 2 months, my levels of PREGNENOLONE, LC/MS dropped significantly in my blood work results, I tried this product as it was less expensive than Source Naturals, it works about the same as Prevagen, which my doctor did not recommend and said it was a waste of money. I’m going back to Source Naturals as my levels increased when I started using it, and my doctor was/is very pleased with my blood work results. Blood work results tell the truth, try it, test your blood and see the results for yourself, I highly recommend it!

From what I could read, these are going to be just fine. It is so hard to tell when you're buying supplements. Just read your labels and decide for yourself. As for me, I would buy this again.
