We had issues with the original battery to the unit for a few months. Inagen felt it was the unit itself and replaced the unit at no cost but not the battery. Problems continued until we ordered this battery and everything is running perfect. Problems we had the unit would turn off for no reason, sometimes it would not get fully charged and to often warning light ( error) would come on. Remember folks the life of your battery depends on your setting for litters of oxygen being used. My wife setting is 2 and she gets around 3.5 hrs of use, we carry the small battery and both AC and DC chargers for long trips. A 400 watt inverter also can come in handy. It was sad to get a note in the package that some people buy this battery to use in a trip like vacation and then return it so don’t be a SCUM. We recommend this battery, thank you.

This battery quit after six months of light use. I’m giving em 5 stars for their customer service. It is under warranty for a year and they shipped a new one in 2 days. I hope it lasts longer. There is tremendous markup for such a small battery because it’s in a medical device.

Wish it was lighter weight. Gets heavy fast.

This is a backup for the original battery that came with the original unit. It should extend the time that the unit can operate.

It’s HORRIBLE! Do not get 6 hours out of it .Has suddenly not working the way it was when first received.Bad battery? Nearly past out due to not battery not producing air the way it was when first bought .Its Not machine .Works fine with other battery.Hard enough when you have lung issues but spending money on something you depend on helping you breath is awful.Anyone with lung problems know what I mean
