I've been eating consistently. I've been hearing a lot that my skin looks good. It's easy to eat and satisfying. It's a bit disappointing that the amount is small compared to the price.

Do not use

I got this and while it worked great for my skin, I saw changes in a few weeks and I got a second bottle but I also noticed I became lactose intolerant and my skin became very sensitive so I stop using it. I also became constantly bloated and irritated.
