Perfect for Salt and Pepper Chips
Bought this to toast and add to a spice mix for 'salt and pepper chips'. The flakes pour very well, don't get stuck together, and toasted perfectly in a frying pan in little time. I keep the toasted flakes for several months and they still taste just as good. The box has lasted for ages and stayed in good condition despite having got a bit damp and been manhandled multiple times.
