I take one daily with breakfast and haven't had any issues. A few things worth noting: the bottle recommends refrigeration after opening to maintain potency, so keep that in mind for storage. These probiotics have worked really well for me, and I’ve ordered them multiple times now. I’m currently taking Zepbound, which can sometimes leave me pretty constipated, and these seem to help keep things moving more consistently. I haven’t had any stomach discomfort, bloating, or other digestive issues from taking them, even with the high CFU count and number of strains. I also take psyllium husk fiber supplements, and that combination has worked especially well for me. The fiber helps with regularity, while these probiotics seem to complement it without causing the gas or digestive upset I’ve experienced with some other supplements. I’ve gone through several bottles at this point and haven’t had any problems with quality or consistency between orders. Overall, they’ve become a regular part of my routine, and I plan to keep buying them.

I had seen an "Info Webinar" from a doctor whose father had a massive heart attack with no history the whole gist went back to "FUNGUS" in his system, that started with a toe. So, I kept investigating and seemed like I had a lot of the same things. Se began learning about Probiotics and how important they can be in our bodies for so many different reasons. Had been TV commercials but never paid attention. There are so many "Strains" of Probiotics that are needed and specific, or helpful, to different conditions. This Brand has all the "good" probiotics that were in the $60 per bottle for "Toe Fungus," which actually did work, however, I can't afford another $60 per month --but I can't afford to ignore it as "fungus" can spread into every part of your body INTERNALLY. It is actually the cause of lots of various conditions "when doctors can't exactly figure the true cause of a problem." Read about them. I did. Some Probiotics are used for treatment pf "Dental, Gums and Teeth." Also, sinus, nose and ears. Those are also included. Then, the added, "Bonuses" to me were the help with digestive issues. I didn't have problems, but I don't want any . Also, a good "Internal Balance" Inside the Gut (hate that word...) also controls so much more including the IMMUNE SYSTEM. I need as strong of an IMMUNE system as possible as I deal with people "face to face'" rather, Mask to mask" everyday. I do NOT want to get sick! Can't afford to get sick!! These are a much better VALUE than most I have seen on-line or especially in the Drugstores. There is also another version that is geared to "Women" that is essentially the same but with a few different strains that are supposed to help with Urinary issues. Again, a really good combination of Probiotic strains, especially for the money. They definitely work, or do with my system in several "measurable" ways. I have been recommending them to everyone I know!

Seem to work fine but a bit of a problem for me to swallow if I don’t use quite a bit of water.

Your gut is supposed to have numerous different types of bacteria working together to help with digestion. This is because different bacteria use different molecules, and the more different types of molecules the bacteria deal with, the more completely you can digest your food. Blasting everything with your usual probiotic does not result in actually decent digestive flora plural, it results in a single-species wasteland. The Equilibrium brand has 115 strains, which would be my ideal but is triple the price. 36 strains is still higher than anything else I've found on the market, and costs less than many products with fewer strains and less potency. With this I get less gas and - something I didn't actually buy this for but turned out to be a benefit - no more recurring yeast infections in my ladyparts. I guess the good bacterial colonies there weren't strong enough before? I'm not complaining.

I didnt love this product as I wanted to. It looked super great on paper, but didnt seem to work near as good as other probiotics I have taken. Didnt notice a huge difference in gut improvement or healthier more consistent bowel movements. Really no change in how I felt for better or worse. 3 stars because price is decent and they were easy to take no weird taste or smell

Didn't see any difference with these. I still have issues with gut. Not enough bacteria. Finished the bottle. Along with a clean diet should've helped but didnt

For the first few days, I am able to go to toilet in the morning but after that no more.

This probiotic contains many fermentation strains, including some that can increase histamine. After taking it, I experienced significant fatigue and a heavy, antihistamine-like feeling. If you’re sensitive to histamine, get migraines, or react to fermented foods, you may want to proceed cautiously or choose a low-histamine probiotic instead.

I would like to inform that digestion enzyme should be with Probiotics because Enzymes should be with food, and Probiotics should be at morning without food. I took less benefits from 70billion only Probiotics from other brands.
