Can these be cut to use in smaller areas?

I cut it up into three strips and applied it in three different areas.

How long does it take for it to go from cold to hot?

It never felt hot they did not help me or stick good!!

How many hours does one patch last

I wear the patch on the bottom of my feet as I suffer from Fasciitis. I put it on in the morning and then a sock so wear it all day long. Right away it feels so good and is satisfactory the rest of the day but come 5PM relief is gone. I would imagine the pressure of the foot helps. I would give the patch a 8 for my purposes but don't know what its like being used on other parts of body.
