This was a lot smaller than the standard gumball machine size you'd see in stores and it's clearly cheap plastic. But I basically got it to help a family member who has a chewing stim that can quickly become self-injurious. Seeing the gum so plainly is helpful at motivating him to grab a gumball when he needs to chew instead of snacking or chewing on himself. I really appreciate that and we may order again to be able to have visual reminders in multiple places. The gumballs were harder than I expected but still good. Like always, they have no lingering flavor - all the flavor is on the shell of the gumball and once you dissolve that shell, it's flavorless but really sturdy for blowing bubbles. That's super helpful for his purposes though, as it doesn't seem to impact his appetite. It has the standard flavors too that I remember from childhood. I adore the yellow and orange ones. For me, I wish the flavor lasted longer. But for him, the flavorlessness seems okay, especially since his stim toys are flavorless too.

We celebrated Christmas early this year, and this gumball machine and a claw machine were two of the best hits with all the kids! Given to my 5 year old grand daughter, but my 7 YO, 14, 15, 16 Year old grandkids liked it too! You can't loose with this!

Gumball machine was great but the gum balls were so stale impossible to chew!

This was given as a gift to a little 6 yr. old boy. He loved it. It arrived just at it was shown in the Amazon ad. It looks like the gumball machine I remember as a kid at the penny candy store.

Small for the price and also the plastic is not the strongest - could break easily. Gum balls external covering chips and leaves lots of candy. coating all over the place.

I miss the old metal machines but my little boys aunty and his friend have one so he begged for one forever and I finally caved.

Baby girl wanted one so we got her this. Great value for money. Gumballs are fresh and don’t taste like they’ve been in a machine or box forever. With COVID-19, it’s a safe option to quarter machines you usually get these in. We use as a prize during potty training.

We only got a couple of uses out of it before it jammed.
