Will this work with PS5? Do i need a heatsink for it?

It will work in a Ps5 yes according to the numbers they advertise; however you SHOULD use a heatsink 100%. Its not advised to use one in the PS5 without a heatsink at all. It will cause issues down the line.

With m.2 nvme macbook ssd convert adapter for mbp ret 2015, is this compatible with the apple mbp ret 2015 13" (mbp 12,1), please?

If you are talking about the NvMe enclosure. They are designed to accept a NvMe SSD and work as an external hard drive via either usb-2/3 or C ports

I ha e a msi katana gt76 11ud would it work and what would i have to do to install?

Yes it would work, well it does on a gf76 11ud which is the same, just unscrew the screws on the bottom, lift off and insert the m.2 card in the slot, very simple, all done in a couple of minutes, you will notice the difference instantly

I own Crucial MX200 (MLC) and MX500 (TLC). How it compares? I am looking for a drive that won't bottleneck when a lot of data is moved around. Thanks.

I don't know what your MX200 (MLC) and MX500 (TLC) are, but I have replaced an HDD with the Crucial MX500 SSD and it is night and day. Any bottlenecking that appears will be down to the subsystem and not the SSD. If you are really worried about bottlenecks, then perhaps you should consider a brand new state of the art PC.
