I’ve never purchased a knife at this price point before. All of my previous knives came in large sets that cost less than this one knife. I can see why people spend money on these now. It’s so sharp, it works like that Ginsu knife on the TV. Paper thin tomato slices. Thin strips of raw beef for steak sandwiches. I feel like a professional chef. It feels like the weight is perfect. Balances nicely in my grip. Nice tortoise shell handle. I think you’ll enjoy this one. It was a revelation for me!🤓

For months I haven't had a proper knife for cooking, I've been sawing through ingredients with my old knives, so I decided to get a new knife since my homecooking has been on the uptick lately. At this price point I thought I was taking a risk; that I would have to sharpen it right out of the box, or that it would be cheaply made or something, but I was wrong. This knife is amazing! Well balanced, sharp, beautiful. I love it.

I really do love this knife normally I only semi thaw raw chicken to cut it because it's so hard to move a conventional knife through fully thawed chicken, but this knife seems to glide through it like butter. Effortlessly chops vegetables with razor precision, and it even cuts through even the hardest root vegetables like rutabaga and turnips with ease. It's nice really is all purpose and for the price the deal is just unbeatable.

The knife is absolutely beautiful. Well balanced for its size. The heft feels solid in hand. As this is a professional Chef Knife, it will require re-sharpening from time to time. Easy to clean and cuts cleanly. I do recommend this product. This does not come with a knife block so having one already helps out when storing it away. You could also put it in a cutlery drawer but I would not recommend that. Very High quality knife. AAA+

Very lightweight and extremely sharp knife, great addition to any household that loves to cook and needs proper implements to carve, cut, and slice. Be careful - this item is sharp, and what's worse than finding your missing fingertips in that pot roast with rosemary potatoes? Design is simple, yet elegant, packaging is amazing, and if you are looking for a gift for a household that loves to prep and cook their own meals using proper tools - this is the best gift. There's no slip when grasping the handle when your hands are wet from washing them when cooking / prepping meals, cuts are even and precise, even when cutting tough slices of steak, against or with the grain. Highly recommend.

This is my knife now, it’s beautiful, sharp and I mean sharp, feels great on the hand and it’s light, since it’s sharp you don’t need a heavy knife. I’ve had it for three weeks and I started meal prepping and I’ve been doing a lot of cutting and chopping and this knife hasn’t let me down, I’ll say if you want a great knife for a great price this is it! I’ll try an update you guys later but I feel like it’s going to last me a lifetime

Decent for price. But spend 20$ More on Japanese versions.

I love this knife! It even came with a nice box for storing it. It is very sharp and washes easily. My husband says its his new favorite knife for cutting chicken and fruits and veggies.
