How big are they? I cannot swallow big pills

These are big. I can't swallow them. However, they crush and dissolve easily so you can add them to drinks or food. The taste is not bad. Sorta like dirt -- which they are, ha ha.

Product contains shellfish. but then in brackets it says (kelp). kelp is an algae and no shellfish. does it contain now shellfish? is it vegan?

The way the kelp is harvested doesn’t exclude the possibility of shellfish being present. The product is not vegan, due to Vitamin D (lamb’s wool) and kelp (shellfish).

Does this product contain any B vitamins? I am trying to avoid them.

From what I can tell, the only vitamin it contains is vitamin D3.
