They're amber-colored lights so my answer is no, they're designed for turn signals only.

Q: Will these fit 5th Gen 4 Runner for front turn signals?

I have a 13 trail edition and the worked perfect for drl/turn signal led upgrade. Super bright! Not positive if they work for 14 and up though. I would do a part number comparison to make sure. Honestly though, they should be a perfect fit! Good luck!
