If you suffer from dry mouth during the night, these are the perfect solution. I had tried rinses - they don't last. Sprays - they don't last. lozenges - don't last. Other tablets, only last a few hours. I can get about 8 hours relief with these. Contrary to other reviews, you do not suck on them like a lozenge...they won't last at all if you do it that way. Read the directions. They "adhere" to your back molars...don't drink or eat after putting them in...as both will either dislodge or reduce the effectiveness. However, when I don't use these, my mouth is miserable and so dry. These provide enough moisture throughout the night. The flavors aren't too bad. I've used the mint (not may favorite because I'm not a fan of mint flavor), orange and berry. I wish they had other flavors (cinnamon, licorice), but till then, I'll use these probably forever.

I would give these 10 stars if I could. Wish I had discovered these years ago. I used two tablets last night before bed, and was able to sleep for a solid 5+ hours without being woken up with an uncomfortably dry mouth. The berry flavor has a pleasant taste to it. It felt strange at first having these attached to the sides of my gums, but within 15 minutes or so I had gotten used to it and before I knew it I was asleep anyway. I was impressed at how well they adhered. Part of me was afraid of choking on them in my sleep but they stayed put. Even upon getting up and starting my day at the usual time, my mouth felt more moist than usual, and I wasn’t feeling the compelling urge to grab a glass of water. Worth the money. I would STRONGLY recommend trying these.

Wow! This is game changing. Unbelievable with the great result after first used. My buddy has big problem during the night with dry mouth for years. Last night was the third night that he tried. In the morning he kept say”wow” “wow” his dry mouth has been improving about 95% it was 75% first used he’s very happy. He thanks me for found this product! This product is Amazing.

The flavor of these are fantastic. I use them overnight because the mildly mint one was too intense for nighttime use. They really do lubricate your mouth and since I've been using them nightly my halitosis has improved significantly. I also haven't had a reoccurrence of tonsil stones since using these. My only complaint is that the berry smoothie flavor does not adhere to the gums as well as the other flavors. The back of them is spotted but I bought the them in the blister pack as well to see if they are any different but they are exactly the same (spots on the back of the tablet and don't stick as well).

Very tasty and not extremely sweet. I’ve been using the cinnamon discs for quite a while and tried these. It seems like the berry discs are more moisturizing. My mouth always felt a little sticky with the cinnamon ones. I’ve only been using these berry ones for a couple of nights now, but I think I like them better than the cinnamon ones.

I have to use these for about 1/2 a year. I keep bronchitis and sinusitis from about Oct. to April every since I was a child. When I am suffering with these I can't breath through my nose, epically at night while sleeping and would wake up several times a night with dry mouth so bad ir was literally painful. My mom turned me on to these because she was using the with her CPAP. I sometimes have a bit of difficulty getting them to stay put but overall they are great. I have tried the OG, cinnamon, and berry. The OG have no real taste, but you wake up with a sweet taste in your mouth. I tried the cinnamon because I love cinnamon and didn't listen to the reviews stating how strong the flavor is, big regret, it's like putting two or three fireballs in your mouth, won't be making that mistake again. The berry ones are actually best in my opinion. They have a light berry flavor that isn't overpowering, isn't quite as sweet as the OG. Whichever one you choose you won't wake up in pain. I do suggest using only one at first as opposed to the two they recommend, unless you like waking up with your head on a water logged pillow. One generally gets me through the night unless my congestion is super bad, then I will sometimes have to use a 2nd one about 1/2 way through my night when I wake up for the bathroom and realize it's already completely dissolved.

My medicine gives me horrible dry mouth especially at night. I can put one of these and I stuck it to the roof of my mouth. Fits comfortably without bugging you. Slowly dissolves during the night. No more waking up because my mouth is so dry. Nice taste to not much taste.

I can now sleep through the night. No waking up with a dry mouth!

These do help with dry mouth.I wake up at night and need to place another one in my mouth as they seem to last only about 90 minutes.But then again I am a open mouth breather.Glad I found these and will continue to use.

Works perfectly!! I was skeptical but decided to try it based on reviews. The melts stay on my gums and last a long time. They stimulate saliva production effectively! I use two at night; I wake up in the morning and surprisingly realize that I drooled! I feel so much relief using these. I'm not sure why some reviewers say the berry flavor is not what they expected - to me it tastes like what a berry candy would taste like.

J’utilise les disques OraCoat XyliMelts depuis quelques semaines et ils ont vraiment fait une différence pour ma bouche sèche, améliorant mon sommeil. J’étais sceptique au début, mais les résultats sont là. Hydratation jusqu’à 7–8 heures : je peux enfin dormir sans me réveiller la bouche complètement sèche. Ce qui est très désagréable. Très discrets : une fois placés sur la gencive, on ne les sent presque plus. Faciles à appliquer : ils adhèrent bien et ne se décollent pas pendant le sommeil. Saveur légère de smoothie aux baies : douce et pas trop sucrée. Sans sucre et avec xylitol : meilleur pour la bouche et l’haleine. Format économique de 230 disques : dure plusieurs mois. Le disque peut sembler un peu collant les premières secondes avant qu’il se fixe mais avec de la pratique tout va bien. La saveur est légère, mais certaines personnes préféreront peut-être quelque chose de complètement neutre. Je souffre de sécheresse buccale surtout la nuit, ce qui me réveillait souvent. Avec les XyliMelts, je dors maintenant sans interruption. Le disque garde la bouche confortable et l’effet hydratant dure vraiment longtemps. Si vous avez la bouche sèche, surtout la nuit, ces disques sont vraiment efficaces. Ils sont simples à utiliser, confortables et procurent un soulagement durable. Je comprends pourquoi ils ont autant d’avis positifs.

It smelt and tasted like real oranges. The 1 I have used seemed to work.

I love these! I have extremely dry mouth every day due to a permanent catheter and never could find anything that would work till I found this product Thank you so very much these work great 👍 I highly recommend them if you suffer dry mouth! Bonus these taste great 👍
