Q: My granddaughter wears a size 10/12 and is 11 years old. What size should I order?

In order to give my best answer I would like to ask, is she in a kids 10/12 or a Junior's 10/12? There is a big difference. Is she skinny or sort of thick (full-bodied) for her age? I know I have seen both instances with children around her age range. NOT TO OFFEND ANYONE!!! I AM CHUNKY MYSELF!!!

Q: Are you supposed to wear a pad or can you just wear them alone?

You can do both options! Pads stick well the panties themselves. But if you’re just spotting or on those days where your flow is light. I personally use them freely (no sanitary items) the most at night. Much more comfortable and do a much better job than pads!

Q: What fibers are they made out of?

Hi, it says 87% bamboo 8%cotton 5% spandex on the label; that feels accurate to me
