Excellent
I love this thing. However, the lid is hard to flip open. So if your hands are weak, I would not recommend this for you unless you unscrew the lid to drink.

Breaks super easily
i have bought this water bottle 4 times and it has broken 4 times if you drop it from a 1 foot drop it will break it has leakage problems and if you use products like electrolytes the plastic will get little dots on them even if u clean it every day spend a little extra and buy a flask bottle
