Very sturdy. Not too noisy. Easily dispatched a mixture of frozen solid frozen ice cream and milk (with "solid disk" agitator). Cup is big enough for a decent sized milkshake. Easy to clean. I look forward to enjoying this for a long time. The typical blender is just not up to the task of blending solid frozen ice cream. Read instructions carefully prior to first use. Unit turns on automatically when cup is fully engaged (upper position). (I panicked when I first used it because I didn't know how to shut it off.) Do not fill mixing cup more than about 3/4 full to keep mixture from splashing out. Start with slowest speed. Suggest using pulse feature (with cup in lower position) to control mixing process more easily. Unit also comes with a "moving wing" agitator, but it looks too fragile. Suggest using the solid disk agitator full-time.

High quality machine, we’ve been using it to make milkshakes at an ice cream shop for a year now with no issues and easy to clean. Doesn’t blend as fast as a Hamilton Beach single spindle, however the price is suitable in exchange for a few extra seconds mixing. The feature that allows you to leave the cup spinning while you complete another task is convenient and highly recommended. appropriate for size up to 20 ounce shakes. Easy to move around to clean underneath.

I bought this milkshake mixer to make quick drinks at home, and it works really well. The motor is strong for its size, and the two-speed settings make it easy to control depending on the thickness of the drink. The stainless-steel cup feels sturdy and is the perfect size for single servings. It mixes fast and gives the drinks a smooth, consistent texture without leaving chunks. An American branded product built in China is seldom worth bringing home. A Chinese brand, built in and exported from China is a different story. I have several products from Vevor and they all exhibit the finest materials, attention to detail and excellent manufacturing. This milkshake machine is no exception and I will be very surprised if it dies before me. I have only two complaints. All of my kitchen counter space has wall mounted cabinets at the standard height and this machine is too tall to sit on the counter and under the cabinets. Probably because the powerhead is fixed and cannot be tilted the extra height is needed for loading and removing the mixing cup (just guessing). My second complaint is that the mixing shaft is fixed and not removable for cleaning. The manual advises blending soap solution then rinsing and drying. I am fond of the sanitize cycle in the dishwasher. So, the controls are easy and intuitive. It was smooth and quiet and strong and unlike the American "name brand" it did not smell like an electrical fire the first time I used it. I hope you found this helpful.

Much to powerful…works well but tends to spill beverages over the top when using the agitator. Tried different levels of beverage but makes quite a mess with the spills. Unit was returned due mainly to this problem. The unit itself seems to be well made and very heavy…more for commercial use. Also the unit is very tall and may not fit under most kitchen cabinets.

Mixed bag on this one. Affordable and beautiful. I don't like that you can't angle the cup at all while it's going. The bigger problem is that the impeller is just close to a flat disc and you have to bend it up and down into a wobble to make it work right. If you're willing to modify it and you don't want to deal with something more expensive or vintage, it is pretty and works okay once you modify it.

Works great. Need the extra power if you want the shakes thick. No problem with this model. Very easy to clean after using.

Super Gerät. Sehr viel Power. Für Shakes reicht meistens die kleine Geschwindigkeit und man darf nur 200 ml nehmen. Beim ersten Mal habe ich die Power unterschätzt und konnte erstmal die Küche putzen 😂. Wenn man den Bogen erst einmal raus hat ist alles gut. Übung macht halt den Meister 👍

Warehousartikel nicht geprüft und defekt geliefert. Motor macht deutliche Geräusche die auf einen Defekt schließen lassen und die Timerfunktion ist nicht nutzbar. Für so viel Geld und einer gut angepriesenen Marke ist das enttäuschend. Dann doch lieber echte Profigeräte.

Macht einen guten Shake. Für mich durch die Form des Kopfes zu Schaumig. Und bei mir war die Maschine leider viel zu laut. Auf kleinster Stufe zu vergleichen mit einem Bohrhammer in einer Betonwand bei voller Umdrehung. Leider in einer Wohnung nivht zu gebrauchen für mich. Für die Küche auch doch zu groß. Ansonsten finde ich die Timer funktion super! Die vermisse ich bei dem neuen. Hab nun einen anderen der 100 mal leiser ist und noch viel Cremigere Shakes Macht.
