Chain broke

Love the purse, it’s great quality but after 3 uses the chain broke. It literally broke where it’s not usable. Hoping I can return it since I’ve only owned it 2 weeks!UPDATE: the seller was so nice to reach out to me about my issue and send me a new purse which was great quality. I highly recommend
