Wonderful fresh and clean fenugreek leaves
This fenugreek tastes great and is an indispensable ingredient in many Indian dishes. It has a nice real color (no dyes). As an FYI, it's easier to find fenugreek seeds but they are not interchangeable with fenugreek leaves. Love the flavor that these fenugreek leaves impart; they are high quality and are easy to incorporate into any dish. Organic is a major plus, who wants toxins and residues in their food? Will plan on buying more especially since the price is reasonable.

This is the ingredient you need to transform you Indian cooking!
So you just signed up to make an Indian recipe that calls for fenugreek? What the hell is that? I had the same reaction and it wasn't until I had received this spice that I knew that this is one of the most important aromatics for Indian curries. The smell is intoxicating and once added to a dish it takes on a very distinct sweetness and aroma that immediately transports you to your favorite Indian kitchen. The quality of this product was very high and based on the aroma alone I'm convinced that what is being shipped is very, very fresh. If you're just starting out with Indian cooking then this is one ingredient that you have to have in your cupboard!

High quality organic dried Fenugreek leaves
The organic Fenugreek dried leaves had a fresh, pleasing scent. They were packaged in a sealed in a foil lined packet. The arrival of the order was timely. I am very pleased to find the organic Fenugreek leaves since none of the stores in my area of north east Kansas had the product. I am pleased with the high quality of the product I received. I will order again from this company.
