Since receiving this great pan I've been buying meals just so I can use it again. That means lots of stir-fry and it's great for heating roast or corned beef hash, too. Great for those times when you don't need to use or clean the big wok. Non-stick is excellent + it's got a heavy-duty feel, so I rate this 5 stars all the way, and recommend it to all my friends + you.

After a few weeks of using it, the coating and inner pan began to deteriorate. The VERY LIMITED TIME to return the product was not enough for the consumer to be able to return it if they received a defective pan. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Love this inexpensive pan. Clean with a little soap and water and a wipe with a paper towel to get of excess oils. It is not for high heat Wok cooking. But it does an exceptional to cook a chop or pieces of chicken or fish in a little butter and orange juice, scrambled eggs or vegetables on low even heat.

good looking pan just arrived but the chef liked the looks of the pan he loves using pans this size for scrambled eggs makes egg steaks

Less then 20 uses. Nonstick coating peeling off.But the size is nice.
