The size is not important. You do not want to order this item It is cheap and the first time it gets wet it falls off.

what is the shipping weight of the item please??

It is a sticker within a thin cardboard sleeve. Not even a pound.

Does this fit an 04 harley fatboy

I have a 2011 Ultra Limited. I would assume the forks are similar in size. I had plenty of room to figure out where I wanted it on the fork.
